The Chemistry International (CI), published by International Scientific Organization, is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes full-length original research articles, short communications, review articles and mini reviews on all aspects of chemistry. This journal aims to address a wide audience and provide an interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of present and future perspectives in the field of chemistry. The outstanding studies in other disciplines where any chemical process is involved will also be considered for publication. The authors intending to submit their manuscripts should address scientific issues using a range of techniques e.g. case studies, observational and theoretical analyses, discussion on emerging issues and applications of established technologies to the questions of scientific concern with the aim of informing a broad range of scientific community. all accepted article will be published open access and also there are no publication charges to publish in this journal.

Instructions to author(s)

Cover letter/submission declaration

Submission of an article implies that the work submitted has neither been published nor submitted for publication to any other journal except in the form of an abstract in conference or academic thesis or as an electronic reprint that it is not under consideration for publication in English or any other language, and will not be submitted elsewhere until decision is made by the editorial board of the chemistry international. Submission is approved by all authors and contents of manuscript are original.

Submission

We accept submission via our online submission system which proceeds totally, however in case of any discrepancy manuscripts along with relevant material can be submitted to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. The authors are requested to send emails for inquiring about the status of their manuscripts.

Referees

Authors are requested to propose three potential referees who could review their manuscript without any delay. The names, their position and e-mail addresses of the potential reviewers (at least 1 from other territory and 2 from their own country but other than host institution) should be provided by the authors at the time of manuscript submission.

Article preparation/structure

Manuscript must be divided in the following sections.

Title, Abstract, Key words, Capsule summary (12 lines) Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if any) and Conflict of Interest (if any)

Prepare article in "Times New Roman" font size "12" with double line space. Ensure that each heading is bold + non italic and sub-heading is bold + italic and sub-sub heading again bold + non italic. Figure caption, tables and figures should be provided after references as; figures caption, table and figures and the appropriate position of table and figures must be mentioned in the text e.g. < Fig. 1, should be placed here> etc. Only SI units should be used and abbreviations must be defined at their first appearance in manuscript.

Title

Title must be short, informative and clearly represent contents of an article.

Abstract

A concise abstract stating background, purpose, significant findings and future prospects of the study. The abstract should not exceed 250 words and should be without any reference.

Keywords

A maximum of five keywords are required, words already present in title should be avoided, however, standard/well known abbreviations can be included in keywords.

Capsule summary

Author(s) also need to provide 1-2 line capsule summary highlighting the core finding of research and should be placed after keywords

Introduction

Introduction should address the background and objective(s) of the study.  A detailed literature survey should be avoided.

Material and methods

This section should provide sufficient detail of all the processes, techniques, formulae, statistical tools and software used during the study to allow the readers reproduction of the work. Already published methods should be indicated by a reference and only modifications (if any) should be described in detail.

Results and discussion

Results should be clear and concise; they should not merely repeat figures and/or tables in them. A combined results and discussion section is however preferable. The results should be compared and discussed with strong argumentation with the existing relevant literature.

Conclusions

The main findings of the study must be presented in a conclusions section. A maximum 100 words are allowed in conclusion section.

Acknowledgements Authors are directed to acknowledge persons or organizations that supported them to carry out their work through financial or any other type of support or they helped the author(s) in the preparation of manuscript, study design, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of data.

Conflict of interest

All authors are requested to disclose conflict of interest (if any) with other people or organizations.

2. Two authors: both authors' names and the year of publication such as directly Polyakov and Lal (2013) or parenthetically (Polyakov and Lal, 2013)

3. Three or more authors: first author's name without initials followed by 'et al.' and the year of publication such as directly Polyakov et al. (2013) or parenthetically (Polyakov et al., 2013). et al must be non italic

Groups of references should be listed first alphabetically, then chronologically such as (Polyakov et al. 2013; Lal, 1999; 2000; Polyakov et al., 1999; 2012; Polyakov and Lal, 1999; 2012) and so on.

Publication ethics

The CI publication ethics are precisely in line with International Scientific Organization. The authors can visit http://iscientific.org/Publication_ethics_and_malpract.html for more detail

Publication ethics is defined as “the principles of conduct governing an individual or a group.” (Carlson and Ross, 2010), According to authors the publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building block in the advancement of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is therefore compulsory to all authors, editors, the peer reviewer, publishers and the society of society-owned or sponsored journals to agree upon publication ethics standards.
